Take a break with friends in the heart of Chianti at this superbly located villa. It’s just a few kilometres to Castellina in Chianti, one of the area's prime hilltop towns, with bars and restaurants and independent boutiques. You'll also be close to Radda in Chianti, another historic community with a vibrant atmosphere. In fact, from this spot, you can quickly access the main road running right through this famous wine region, and, if you fancy, follow it all the way to Florence in one direction or Siena in the other.

As well as many private terraces, there’s a garden to the rear of the main apartment, where a table beckons for lazy lunches and long dinners – perhaps rustled up on the big barbecue. Here, in the shade of the oak trees, you’ll enjoy views across open fields to the hills around Panzano. On the studio side of the property, you’ll discover a large pool. The pool here is shared occasionally with one other villa. It’s a lovely place to take a dip before setting out to explore the many sights of Chianti and beyond.
 
This villa, sleeping four, is one of two created from a cluster of former stone farm buildings. It has been cleverly designed to offer the chance to holiday with friends yet enjoy a degree of privacy, divided in two to provide a studio and a one-bedroom apartment. Both have the convenience of an open-plan area for cooking, dining and relaxing, private sleeping quarters, and large shower rooms. Each even comes with its own private terrace.
