A homely bungalow with a warm atmosphere and spacious gardens, Casa Ai Borghi is perfectly placed for visits to the cities of Perugia and Arezzo, and boasts a spacious garden encircling the house. The villa is close to the superstrada, but still very quiet, so it’s very conveniently placed without the disturbance of the road noise. The garden is enclosed by a hedge and features pretty potted plants, trees, and two terraces. The pool is surrounded by sunloungers and features Roman steps leading down into the water.

Despite only being on one floor, Casa Ai Borghi has plenty of space to lounge and roam. It’s a comfortable and homely environment with easy access to Cortona, one of the cultural and artistic hubs of the Val di Chiana. The two terraces – one in the lush green garden, the other by the pool – are perfect for al fresco dining. It’s an ideal place to soak up the sun and to get away from the busy modern world.

The interior is brightly lit and comfortable, with terracotta floors and air conditioning.The living room features a corner sofa with broad panoramic windows which keep the room bright and airy, offset with sun-coloured curtains and exposed wood ceiling beams. The open-plan kitchen diner is wide with high ceilings and a wooden dining table.
