Perched on a hillside, Casa Tramonte overlooks a stunning valley landscape filled with olive groves, vineyards, forests, and charming towns. The Chianti hills stretch across one side, while the Apennine mountains rise behind the villa, offering a cool retreat in the warmer months, popular for walks and picnics. Facing south, the property enjoys sun-drenched days and magical sunsets over the west every evening.


The villa itself is part of a traditional roadside farmstead, with two small farmhouses and a converted stone hay barn. The rental, a beautifully restored barn, faces the valley, ensuring complete privacy and uninterrupted views.
