A cosy villa set on a lush hilltop, Fico is a serene refuge from the busy world, just thirty minute drive from the city of Lucca. Beside it is a fully-fenced pool surrounded by wooden decking and floral bushes, and extra privacy is provided by rows of olive trees encircling the property. A stone barbecue stands next to a shady furnished pergola with a wrought iron table and six chairs. A wooden rustic-style fence surrounds the property, and a fantastic view into the valley lies just beyond it. The village of Calci is just half a kilometre away, which is within easy walking distance.

Inside, the décor is simplistic but with a welcoming and warm atmosphere. The main entrance is situated under the pergola, and leads into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner. Here there is an open fireplace set beside a wall-mounted TV and a set of chairs. The kitchen features a stylish circular sink, and a fridge and a freezer are both cleverly integrated into a tall cupboard. Meanwhile, the wooden dining table is situated by the window and comfortably seats six people.

Please note that the access road to the property is paved, however the last 100 - 500 m (after the gate) is a gravel steep road with a very tight bend. We recommend a high clearance vehicle and an experienced driver or to park just after the gate.
