La Pergola

This thoroughly modern villa, set in a rural location near the city of Arezzo, will perfectly suit a family or small group of friends who wish to get away from it all, yet still want a village nearby and a city within easy reach. The upside-down arrangement of the interiors allows guests to make the best of the sweeping views of the countryside from the living areas, while the bedrooms on the ground floor stay cool. Light floods into all the rooms, thanks to large windows and glazed doors, while the décor throughout is contemporary and the furnishings comfy.

But you can’t top having your own wellness room on site – small but perfectly formed, it features exercise equipment and a lounge area. This is the place to get your heart rate up, before unwinding in the sauna or Jacuzzi, then jumping in for a refreshing dip in your private pool. In fact, outside in the spacious gardens there are plenty of secluded places to pull up a chair or lounger. Head down to the pretty stone patio that surrounds the large pond or relax on one of the two furnished terraces.

The owner lives in a separate part of the building with a private entrance and may occasionally use the pool.Two small dogs live on site. The wi-fi is available on the first floor only.
