Pretty furnishings and traditional terracotta floor tiles create a relaxing indoor space for unwinding and the well-equipped kitchen even offers an open fireplace for some true country cooking in the cooler months. 

The large gardens have plenty of space for games, or you’re free to while away sunny hours relaxing by the pool or dining al fresco under either of the two shaded pergolas. When you’re ready to venture away from the villa, Orvieto, with is restaurants, shops and twice-weekly market is just a short drive away. From here, there’s easy train access to Rome, Florence, Arezzo and Chiusi, making Podere Firenzuola an excellent base for exploring this fascinating region.
