A picturesque villa set amongst fantastic views of the surrounding valleys and the Apennine Mountains. Poggio Alle Fonti is a single private rental property with lush gardens and idyllic terraces - perfect for al fresco dining, and for relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of local wine. The largest pergola features a long and sturdy dining table so everyone can enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal together in the shade. The pool area is furnished with sunloungers and parasols, as well as another pergola for relaxing after a swim. The grounds are fully fenced and the villa offers complete privacy.

Meanwhile, the interior is a refreshing combination of traditional farmhouse designs and modern styles which are somehow both striking and subtle. The two lounge areas have a sun-coloured décor and open fireplaces. The bedrooms are all arranged to be distinct in appearance, but universally comfortable. There is also a cottage on the grounds which contains two extra bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a pretty terrace outside with a table, chairs and a parasol.
